Annual Meeting Scheduled The Eagle Highlands Association Annual Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Friday 6 December 2024 at 6:00pm at the Fairborn Holiday Inn. A formal notice along with proxy forms will be mailed to all owners 15 days prior to the meeting. Seacoating Complete! Sealcoating can save money in the long run by preventing costly repairs like removing and replacing patches of asphalt. Regular sealcoating can extend the life of asphalt by as much as 300%. New Sign! Our new neighborhood sign has been installed. Many thanks to our newest board member, Natalia, for managing this project from locating the right sign company to final installation. Replacement of the sign was part of the Reserve Study and it was paid for using the Association's reserve funds.
