Annual Meeting Held The Eagle Highlands Association Annual Meeting was held on Friday 20 December 2024 at 7:30pm at the Fairborn Holiday Inn. The latest financial statements from PMI were reviewed, and the two remaining Board members were re-elected, and one new Board member was elected as well. Seacoating Complete! Sealcoating can save money in the long run by preventing costly repairs like removing and replacing patches of asphalt. Regular sealcoating can extend the life of asphalt by as much as 300%. New Sign! Our new neighborhood sign has been installed. Many thanks to our newest board member, Natalia, for managing this project from locating the right sign company to final installation. Replacement of the sign was part of the Reserve Study and it was paid for using the Association's reserve funds.
