Seacoating Complete! Sealcoating can save money in the long run by preventing costly repairs like removing and replacing patches of asphalt. Regular sealcoating can extend the life of asphalt by as much as 300%. Reminder Trash and recycling bins may only be visible during Monday collection days. Please keep your bins in the garage or on your patio if your patio is fully fenced in. New Sign RepairedYou may have noticed that our new sign was damaged during a recent storm. The sign company repaired the sign under warranty.

  • By unanimous vote, The Eagle Highlands Owners Association Board of Trustees agreed that, Effective 1 August 2026, Towne Properties will take over association management from PMI Buckeye Services. The month of July will be the transition period, and owners will be notified where to send their future association payments once the transition is complete.
